Boulder was founded in 1998, engaged in R&D, production and sales of magnetic components. At first, it was less than 100 employees, and now the number of employee is more than 1200. From Nanshan district of Shenzhen city to now, we have set up four production bases including Longhua district of Shenzhen city (with 360 employees), Leiyang city of Hunan province (with 400 employee) , Vĩnh Phúc province of Vietnam (with 450 employees) and Phúc Thọ province of Vietnam. Aimed at the corporate mission ‘improve design and manufacturing standard of magnetic components to help customer innovate and develop’, we constantly optimize and improve the design, build professional and effective production platform to provide customers with more comprehensive technical support, excellent service and reliable quality.

Introduction Of Production Base

Hunan Production Base

Located in Leiyang, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, this is Botou Group's production base in China. The self-built factory covers an area of 40 mu (approximately 26,667 square meters) and has been operational since 2006. With more rational production line planning and greater production capacity, the facility is currently preparing for expansion and renovation within the industrial park.

Shenzhen Headquarters Production Base

Located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, this is the headquarters site of Botou Group. It operates as an independent industrial park with a production area of 8,000 square meters. The facility primarily supports customers in the early development stages, specializing in small-batch, high-mix production with stringent delivery requirements.

Vietnam Production Base

Vinh Phuc Plant: With a production area of 10,000 square meters and operational since 2016, this facility features our highest level of automation and was established to meet both local Vietnamese and international market demands.

Phu Tho Plant: This 20,000-square-meter facility was completed in 2024 and commenced operations in January 2025. Designed to serve both existing and potential clients, the plant specializes in manufacturing products for industrial automation, new energy vehicles, and photovoltaic energy storage systems.
